I've had a few people ask about the Grape. Does not seem to be much more out there to review. here is the last known "full" Grape show from Balboa Park in San Diego. I do not have much info on the lineup, only a few bits and pieces about it's existence as their final show in most of the original lineup. Anyone having more info can sure help fill in the blanks on this one.

Thanks so much! I'm one those who always asks or requests any Moby Grape available. I was very lucky to have seen the original five back in 1968, and obviously still am a big fan. I am still looking for the complete BBc broadcast from Feb '69' part of which was on the old boot "Long Gone", as well as a couple of the old Avalon fragment tapes. By the way, I did not have this Balboa Park so thanks again very much. You just made my weekend after being out of power for 8 days here in Jersey.
Glad you are ok from that storm. Hope you enjoy this grape set Like I said not much left out there I have tried to find Long Gone myself with no avail Bill
Thanks again. Got this from you back in November, and just enjoyed listening to it again. They sound relaxed and also well rehearsed for this show. As far as the line up, Jerry Miller introduces Mosley,Lewis, and Mike Fornatale who worked on many of the Grape tribute albums which earned him a spot at this gig! What a thrill that must have been. He also introduces Barry Finnerty from the Miles Davis quintet, and Dan Preston from Sons of Champlin. I guess Don Stevenson was not there, And Skip had already passed away. Anyone know what the last show was with the Original five members? Larry
