Files are in mp3 format and the sound quality is much much better from a CD so once again if you can find it please purchase it.

SOUTHERN CHARM

Atlanta was a frequent stop on most east coast Dead tours. This show comes from the fabulous Fox Theater in downtown Atlanta. This venue is majestic in it's architecture,acoustics and reputation for being one of America's finest.As with all of the Fox theaters around the country they were built for sound. The decor of the theater is in Middle Eastern motif and is like being outdoors with it's ceiling of an outdoor sky. A truly beautiful place The band played quite a few times there in the 70's before moving to the Omni for a larger venue as they were selling out more with each visit. The shows at the Fox were excellent in all ways. This one is from April 10-78
